Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

For made-to-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for creation before dispatch.

Processing times may vary during busy periods and holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

United Kingdom

• UK Standard Delivery: £3.89 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 working days)

  UK Express Delivery: £5.05 (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days)

  Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hookandhavoc@mail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
